Growing up in a blue collar family, Dan purchased his first home as a university educated 23 year old. Over the last 40+ years Dan has turned his home ownership, property improvement, and property management into a primary source of income. He supervised the building of his current home, and has the ability to communicate in simple terms using simple examples.
