"Maintaining an independent house is a daunting task for any individual, especially when one is inexperienced and new to a place. Thankfully we have access to Dan’s experience and expertise making everything feel so easy and manageable. We have lived in one of Dan's homes for the last 2.5 years. He has been our go to guide many a times for everything related to home improvement or problem solving related to any issues associated with it. Are you considering starting a home improvement project you have never attempted before? You will quickly find out that there are many things which were not on your radar at all, things you do not know that you do not know.

We have been tenants at one of Dan's rental properties for over 6 years. During this time Dan has continually improved the property in significant ways. Some of the improvements include: A huge landscape overhaul of the back yard, including the removal of a huge tree and conversion of a grassy area to a low water use eco-friendly area, which includes planters, river rocks, a cement path and drought resistant trees. He also has replaced the HVAC system, a fence in the backyard, installed a security door, replaced indoor plumbing fixtures, painted the house, installed outdoor window shades, converted a portion of the front lawn to a low water use eco-friendly area with grapevines and drought resistant trees, and the list goes on.

Dan is generous with his time, and during these projects Dan has explained the process to me and pointed out potential pitfalls. Without exception, they go smoothly and the final result is always better than expected. Dan owns multiple properties and has been completing home improvement projects for years. He knows the ins and outs of literally every home improvement project. If you are starting a home improvement project you have not undertaken before it is likely that you do not know what you do not know, and you will pay for this lack of knowledge in time and money.
